Wildfires burning at historic levels in California are plaguing the West Coast as other blazes make their way to Oregon. More than two million acres have burned in California this summer. Wind has driven the fires, which have forced evacuations and rescues across the state. An orange glow has formed over San Francisco because of the smoke.
