A Russian nonprofit group has completed restoration work at a military cemetery in the eastern Chinese city of Lushun, formerly controlled by Russia and known as Port Arthur. The site is the resting place of Soviet troops who died in the Korean War, in which the Soviet Union denied direct involvement.
