Andrew Tate and Brother Tristan Arrive in Court Over UK Arrest Warrant

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate has been handed an arrest warrant issued by British authorities in Romania.

Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan Tate were detained on Monday evening, his spokesperson said.

The brothers face allegations of sexual aggression in a UK case dating back to 2012-2015.

The Bucharest Court of Appeal will make the decision on whether to execute the warrants issued by the UK’s Westminster Magistrates Court.

The Tates’ lawyer said they did not yet know if there was any new evidence submitted in the latest arrest warrant.

In a separate case, Tate is charged with rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women in Romania.

Tate was arrested near Bucharest in December 2022 along with Tristan and two Romanian women.
