At Least 46 Dead Found in a Lorry, Texas

46 people have been found dead and 16 others taken to hospital after being discovered inside an abandoned lorry in Texas.

A city worker was at this remote back road in south-west San Antonio when he heard crying for help.

Officers arrived at the scene to find a body on the ground outside the trailer and the back door to the lorry partially open.
