At least three people have died after mudslides struck the Italian island of Sardinia.

The town of Bitti in Nuoro province was the worst affected on 28 November.

Powerful mudslides and rushing floodwaters engulfed the town’s street on Saturday.

A bridge in the town collapsed while vehicles were swept away in the mudslide.
