Austria: Anti-COVID restrix rally held in Vienna amid national lockdown

Crowds of demonstrators gathered in front of the Weltmuseum Wien, Vienna, on Saturday, in protest of national COVID-19 regulations.

Participants held signs against mandatory vaccination and waved Austrian flags whilst police monitored the rally.

In November, Austria became the first country in western Europe to reimpose a full coronavirus lockdown and demand its whole population to get vaccinated as of February.
