Crowds of Atletico Mineiro fans flooded the streets of Belo Horizonte on Wednesday, celebrating the club’s Copa do Brasil win against Athletico Paranaense. The victory secured a cup double for the team, after winning the Brazilian League earlier in the year.

Fireworks could be heard as the fans cheered in jubilation, with one saxophone player playing the club’s anthem and prompting a group sing-along.

“Only those who support this team understand,” said one fan, continuing, “when [a win] happens, it’s the biggest party. And we will enjoy it until tomorrow, next week.”

The triumph marks the second consecutive time that Atletico Mineiro have won the Copa do Brasil, after beating Athletico Paranaense 2-1.
