When an eight-month-old baby, her parents, and uncle disappeared from their California business on Monday, little did their relatives know what would happen next.

The first CCTV images, taken from above their shop, show a man forcing the whole family at gun point to leave through the back door.

Mercad County Sheriff officials then released photos of the suspect - a former employee who had a longstanding dispute with the family.
