Closing the racial wealth gap: Policymakers urge action

Recent studies on the racial wealth gap in this country suggest it’s widening. The average white family’s net worth is 10 times that of the average Black family, and federal policymakers are urging states and local municipalities to help close the gap. Citi Group announced that it will invest over $1 billion in strategic initiatives to help create more access to banking and credit for communities of color. RT America’s Rick Sanchez discusses.
