After decades of armed conflict in Colombia and the murder of thousands of politicians and social leaders, a former presidential candidate and a group of villagers dedicate their lives to end injustice and inequality.

In one of the regions most affected by the armed conflict in Colombia, a group of villagers reached a peace agreement that few saw possible. During that same time, presidential candidate Luis Carlos Galán, who dedicated his life to facing injustice and inequality, was assassinated.
