Shocking footage shows a cyclist attacking people in a park in Maryland for hanging flyers calling for justice for George Floyd.

Maryland-National Capital Park Police now say they have arrested a man in connection with the incident. Anthony Brennan III, 60, has been charged with three counts of second-degree assault.

The video originally posted on Reddit shows a portion of the incident unfolding, with the suspect approaching two women before rolling his bike towards the man filming the encounter.
