The family of a British teenager killed last year in a road collision in the UK has filed a lawsuit in the US. The American woman behind the wheel of that car claimed diplomatic immunity and left the country. She’s a former CIA operative and the wife of a US intelligence officer with whom she was living in England at the time of the tragedy. RT America’s Alex Mihailovich has more.
