At least six people are dead after a 133 car pile-up on a Texas freeway.

The crash, which occurred at round 6am on an icy downhill stretch of Interstate 35 near Fort Worth.

Scores were injured and first responders were still combing the 1.5-mile wreck site for motorists trapped in their vehicles.
