Three days of monsoon rains have killed at least 90 people across Pakistan.

Social media footage shows the dramatic situation in the port city of Karachi, the largest and most populous city in the country. Streets, homes and shops were flooded with sewage water, in a city where the drainage and sewage systems are outdated.

Every year the country struggles to cope with the annual monsoon rains, drawing criticism over poor infrastructure planning and the government’s handling of the situation.
