They were Hitler’s ministers, close advisers and courtiers. The Führer put them in competition, most of the time to bring out the worst in them. The documentary paints portraits of Hermann Goering, “number 2”, Heinrich Himmler, Joseph Goebbels, the most fanatical lieutenant and propaganda minister, Albert Speer, the architect and friend, but also Rudolf Hoess, the commander of the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp, and Doctor José Mengele.
