Hurricane Sally has rocked Alabama and the Florida panhandle, submerging cars, flooding streets, tearing apart roofs and doing untold damage. Rain has reached as much as three feet in some areas, and 105 mph winds pose a serious risk to area residents. RT America’s John Huddy reports for the News with Rick Sanchez.
