No victory in the war between Ukraine and Russia comes without a heavy price.

The Eastern city of Kharkiv is occupied by Ukrainian forces once again, after Putin’s army was pushed back from the second-largest city.

But when they recaptured the area, Ukrainian forces found dead bodies lying unclaimed and unexplained, a charred corpse propped on an anti-tank barrier and Russian corpses arranged in the ‘Z’ invasion symbol.

Some of these acts could be considered war crimes, for disrespecting the dignity of the dead.
