Thousands of ecstatic football fans were left disheartened after Libya’s national football team lost 0-3 to Egypt in Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers on Monday.

Fans had gathered in front of a public screen in Benghazi to watch the match.

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah scored the second goal for Egypt.
