Live from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic on Sunday, February 20, as buses evacuate residents from Donetsk amid increasing tensions in the east of Ukraine.

Both Kiev and the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics have accused each other of ceasefire violations and shelling in recent days.

The OSCE earlier on Friday confirmed that there were “multiple shelling incidents” across the frontline in the Donbas region.
