UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is holding a press conference at the COP26 in Glasgow on Wednesday, November 10.

Johnson, who was expected to be back to the summit only at the end of the week, will go earlier to meet with negotiators in order to get an update on the progress in talks and encourage ““ambitious action”” to tackle the climate emergency.

The first draft of the ‘cover decision,’ expected to be published overnight, intends to address the gap between action by countries and what is needed to tackle the crisis and remain in line with the Paris Agreement.
