Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Brazilian counterpart Carlos Franca hold a joint press conference after the first Russia-Brazil meeting in the 2+2 dialogue between the foreign and defence ministers of the countries, in Moscow on Wednesday, February 16.

Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu and Brazilian Defence Minister Braga Netto also take part in the meeting.
