Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov holds a press conference after a meeting of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Council of Foreign Ministers in Minsk on Thursday, October 14.

Global and regional issues, interaction in CIS format as well as draft declarations on cooperation in area of migration and biological safety among other documents are expected to be on the agenda.

CIS Heads of State Council meeting will take place in the Belarus capital on Friday, October 15.
