LIVE: Stoltenberg holds press conference ahead of NATO Ministers of Defence meeting

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is holding a press conference in Brussels on Wednesday, October 20 ahead of the meeting of the North Atlantic Council (NAC) at the level of Defence Ministers that will take place on October 20-21.

During the meeting, Defence ministers are expected to hold discussions over the preparation of the Summit in Madrid next year, Russia’s announcement to suspend mission work from November 1​, well as the situation in Afghanistan and strengthening NATO’s countries alliance and cooperation.​
