Live: UN investigators present report on war crimes committed in Libya

Ruptly is live from Geneva on Thursday, October 11, as the findings of a UN probe on war crimes in Libya are presented during the 48th regular session of the Human Rights Council (HRC).

Monday saw investigators from the Independent Fact-Finding Mission on Libya announce that there was evidence of war crimes having been committed in Libya since 2016.

The Fact-Finding Mission was established in the middle of last year by the HRC and set the mission of investigating “alleged violations and abuses of international human rights law and international humanitarian law committed in Libya since 2016.
