The first in-person summit of the Quad countries is held in Washington DC on Friday, September 24.

The Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QSD), aka Quad, includes the US, Australia, India, and Japan and focuses on issues of common interest in the Indo-Pacific region.

The first virtual meeting between the member-countries leaders took place in March.​
