A Long March-2C launch vehicle launched the Horus-1 (荷鲁斯1) satellite from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, Gansu Province, China, on 24 February 2023, at 04:01 UTC (12:01 local time). According to official sources, the remote sensing satellite entered its planned orbit successfully.
