Making a Simple Metal Bender / Brake

In this video I’ll make my own metal bender. The one I make can bend about 65cm wide sheet of metal, but the desing is easy to make longer or shorter. The angle iron I use is 5cm x 5cm and 5mm thick. I would recommend using at least this size of angle iron, unless the desing is much smaller because smaller angle iron might bend and make the bends not as accurate. Commercial metal brake of this size goes for around $200 and can’t make boxes like this one can, so making one yourself often makes the sense if you have the tools for it.
