What do you think? Why are there so many natural disasters lately? Is it a Haarp or is it an omen of the second coming of Jesus Christ? Perhaps science has already given the answer and this is global warming? Please write your version in the comments below the video! Enjoy watching.

An evacuation order was issued early this morning due to heavy rain in parts of Saitama Prefecture, north of Tokyo. Evacuation orders are the second highest heavy rain warnings on a five-step scale. Forecasters warn of landslides, flooding in low-lying areas, and rapid swelling of rivers. They also call for caution due to the possibility of lightning strikes, sudden gusts of wind, and hail.
Abnormal downpours hit Saitama Prefecture today. The Japan Meteorological Agency said that such rains occur once every few years, and the risk of natural disasters is high. The cities of Sakado and Hatoyama receive a record amount of rain every hour. In Hatoyama, 260 millimeters of rain fell in 3 hours, which is a record. Floods were recorded in various parts of the city; in some places, the water rose to the height of the belt. Two evacuation points have already been opened in the city. The city of Tokigawa also issued an evacuation order throughout the city after the local river burst its banks. Heavy rain partially blocked the Kan-Etsu Expressway. The Ogose-Tobu railway line is also out of service. At the moment, there is no information about the victims and the amount of damage. Saitama Prefecture is located in the Kanto region on the island of Honshu. The population is about 7,340,000 people. The Japan Meteorological Agency has published information about record hourly rainfall in three districts of Saitama prefecture near Tokyo. A downpour of 80 millimeters was observed in the city of Annaka in Gunma Prefecture, also near Tokyo.
