NASA Send Cygnus Resupply Craft to International Space Station

A resupply spacecraft has been sent with scientific cargo to the International Space Station.

The craft is carrying nearly 8,000 pounds of material that will support dozens of new and existing investigations.

The launch happened at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility on Wallops Island, Virginia.

It’s scheduled arrival time to reach the space station is on October 5 and the Northrop Grumman Cygnus will remain at the ISS until mid-December.
