Igor Danchenko, the primary source of the now-infamous and discredited Steele Dossier, received intelligence from Olga Galkina, a Russian PR executive and former schoolmate, according to new reports. Galkina was involved in a messy dispute with a former employer who was in turn implicated in the hack and subsequent release of sensitive DNC emails during Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
