New Zealand is experiencing its worst downpour on record, and it’s thought the severe weather alerts will continue for several weeks. 

At least four people have died in its largest city, Auckland, where a state of emergency has been triggered, and 350 people are in emergency accommodation.I

n some areas, more than six inches of rain fell in just three hours. On Friday, Auckland was victim to an entire summer’s worth of rain in just one day.
