North Korea marked the 73th anniversary of its foundation with a mass parade in Pyongyang’s Kim Il-sung square on Thursday.
Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un attended the ceremony, receiving standing ovations from the large crowd that gathered unmasked for the event.
The latest ceremony is the third parade organised in the country in less than a year, following a military parade last January for the Workers’ Party Congress and another set in October for the organisation’s 75th anniversary.
