Yet more death and destruction in Odessa reminds residents of the Black Sea port city that they are in the Kremlin’s sights.

The latest rocket attack, said to have been fired by Russian forces, struck a dormitory, killing a teenage boy as he and others sheltered in the basement.

He and another child, who escaped with terrible injuries, were allegedly studying for online exams when the missile hit.
