Dramatic footage released by the IOPC (Police watchdog) shows the moment a Met Police Officer pepper-sprayed a man suspected of robbery, twice, as he clung to a drainpipe on a tower block.

PC Luke Wenham, 31, has been found guilty of two counts of assault and is awaiting sentencing.
