‘Philadelphia Shooting: At Least Five Killed and Two Children Wounded’

At least five adults have died after an armed gunman in a bulletproof vest opened fire in Philadelphia on Monday night.

The 40-year-old gunman also wounded two children before he surrendered to responding officers.

The shootings took place over several city blocks and dozens of shell casings were found.

There was no connection immediately known between the attacker and the victims.

The shootings appeared to be random with no clear motive.
