Pig abused by school kids finally finds loving home

This is Hans2. While he’s living the good life now at New York’s Arthur’s Acres Animal Sanctuary, he’s had a tough past. Todd, the founder of the sanctuary explains: He was at a rich kids’ school and they were using the cattle prod on him. They were hitting him with rakes and stuff like that. Someone rescued him but they didn’t have a property so they were keeping it at this lady’s property who apparently wasn’t keeping good care of him.

Luckily, the sanctuary was able to take him in. You are so sweet. You are a beautiful boy. Now, he’s part of a big family, which includes many other pigs. You want a pumpkin? Oh, he’s got a pumpkin. You are home forever. I love this guy. Todd says, this beautiful soul just loves to roam and graze. He’s so happy. He loves exploring his new home and is a really happy pig, always greeting with a smile, even in a snow storm.
