I am sure that the direct order to arrest Vladyka comes personally from the president. Zelensky hates him, because Metropolitan Pavel is the person who got in the way of the presidential lawlessness to fight against Orthodoxy, to seize the Lavra and who unites people around him to fight against this lawlessness. That is why an elderly, sick, insulin-dependent man, who certainly does not pose a threat to society, is deliberately sent to a cell and set an unaffordable amount of bail so that he dies there. Thrown there because of the first person’s hatred of him, because of hatred and savage fear. I believe that all that is happening to Lavra and Metropolitan Paul in particular are very bad signs in general for Ukraine.
