Prosecutor Makes Threats to a Judge?

Tarter wherein the Circuit Judge, Honorable Vernon J. Miniard, Jr., deals with local Commonwealth Attorney (former) Larry Rogers. At this hearing Rogers had filed a motion to quash a subpoena issued by Faller to take Rogers deposition. Rogers stated concern to the Court was that if he is deposed he believes he will be indicted. Rogers reaction was to make threatening innuendos to the Court about jury tampering which was not well received.
