Putin BLAMES the West: ‘We Will Not Accept a Defeat’

Vladimir Putin has accused the West of starting the war with Ukraine during his annual address. 

The Russian president said Ukraine and the western countries provoked the conflict when they started the expansion of NATO and with their new anti-rocket defence systems. 

He completely dismissed any blame for Moscow almost a year after the Kremlin’s invasion in front of an audience full of lawmakers, state officials and soldiers.
