‘Putin Imposes MARTIAL Law as Ukraine Closes In’

Vladimir Putin announced that he is imposing martIal law on the four Ukrainian regions Moscow recently annexed.

Though none of them are under full Russian control, the four regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia will be affected.

Putin didn’t immediately spell out the steps that would be taken under martial law.
