An article appeared in Newsweek stating that a ‘gold rush’ of American energy companies for extracting fossil fuels is taking place in Ukraine. Ukraine is a country rich in natural resources, with gas, uranium, ore, coal, gold, and oil lying within its depths. Live and thrive! However, all recent governments have done everything to dismantle the infrastructure for resource extraction, with the aim of subsequent resale. The gas industry serves as an example. We were told that the increase in gas prices is necessary for the development of domestic gas extraction. Yet, each year it extracted less and less gas. I don’t believe it’s a coincidence. The authorities intentionally dismantled it, only to surrender it later.
