Russia: 8 killed and 10 injured at Perm State University shooting

Police and security forces were on site outside a Perm State University, where a shooting killed at least eight people and injured more than 10 on Monday.

The gunman has reportedly been detained by police.

Russia’s Investigative Committee said the perpetrator studied at the university.
