Russian Emergencies Ministry crews pulled an injured teenager from the rubble after an explosion in a residential building in Naberezhnye Chelny on Monday.

The footage shows the 17-year-old boy being helped down a fire ladder. The boy’s clothes are covered with dust and blood can be seen on his face.

According to preliminary reports, rescuers pulled three people, including two children, from the rubble. There might be another person under the rubble, according to reports. Search and rescue work is continuing.

A part of a five-storey building exploded on Monday evening. According to the Russian EMERCOM press service, the ceilings of the two upper floors of the building were damaged and six flats were destroyed.
