Shocking Bodycam Footage! US Police Officer Allows Arrest Dog to Attack Unresisting Black Man

The incident happened almost one month before George Floyd’s death.
The suspect was already handcuffed, however the dog held on a lease latched onto his leg for around 20 seconds, a K9 officer can be heard repeatedly praising the animal saying, “good boy”.
Salt Lake City Police Department said the officer has been placed on administrative leave.
