A wide-area around the foam and pellet factory has been evacuated as toxic fumes fill the air.

While the main blaze has been brought under control, a large chemical tank continues to burn.

CCTV captured the moment the shock wave shattered windows in nearby houses overnight.

With large areas of the complex unreachable, helicopters were dousing the flames from above.
