The small city of Irpin on the outskirts of Kyiv is theirs once again after the invaders were driven back.

It’s been one of the hotspots of fighting near the capital and has suffered a brutal bombardment.

For two weeks a fierce battle has raged between Ukrainian and Russian troops, rendering life in Irpin impossible.
