If you had one final wish before you died, what would it be? For this five-year-old boy in Ontario named Alex, it was to experience Halloween one last time. Because when he was a baby, doctors diagnosed him with brain cancer. But the treatments keeping him alive for most of his life began to fail. And recently, his family got the heartbreaking news that their son has only weeks left to live. So for his wish, he wanted to see monsters again, specifically, to return to a haunted house he visited as a toddler. But doctors warned against traveling, so the family decides to bring the haunted house to him. Asking people on Facebook to dress up in costumes for him. But so many responded that it became a literal parade. With up to a thousand monsters showing up; you got zombies, witches and skeletons. And yes, Alex loved all of it.
