Three Dead After Train Hits Landslide and Derails in Scotland

At least three people have died after a train derailed in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It’s thought the train hit a landslide after heavy rain caused flooding and travel disruption.

Over 30 emergency service vehicles were called to the crash site near Stonehaven.

Other sections of the Scottish rail network were earlier closed due to safety concerns.

The driver was among those killed, with a further six people taken to hospital.
