Sam, Clover and Alex fight to save their spy careers after being framed of committing a bank robbery in Phoenix. Forced to evade Jerry and the full force of the WOOHP agency, the spies investigate and soon discover that a villain from their past has managed to create exact copies of the spies themselves and plans to have his army of doppelgangers rob hundreds of banks around the world, at the exact moment. In the subplot, Clover tries to impress a transfer student from Texas by wearing a cowgirl outfit only for Mandy to beat her to the punch.
