Following a humiliation in the lunchroom, Arnold is left depressed. That night, as they watch someone breaking into an armored van, Arnold dressed as a superhero appears, and attempts to capture the man. The van traps Arnold, and drives off a cliff, but Sam, Clover, and Alex save him. They tell Arnold to keep their identities secret and to not get involved anymore, however, Geraldine Husk appears and motivates Arnold to continue going. The next day, Arnold’s superhero alter ego has been reported saving people, but the device is secretly brainwashing Arnold to destroy the spies. In the subplot, Alex houses a lost puppy, but makes Jerry take care of him while she goes on mission.
